To protect customer rights and standardize after-sales service processes, we have formulated a return policy for centrifuge accessories and consumables (hereinafter referred to as "consumables"). Please carefully read the following terms before purchasing:
1、 Scope of application
This policy applies to the centrifuge related accessories and consumables sold by our store/company, including but not limited to disposable or reusable accessories such as rotors, centrifuge tubes, adapters, seals, filters, etc.
2、 Return conditions
Unopened and intact: Consumables must remain in their original packaging intact, unopened, unused, and not affect secondary sales.
Return deadline: Customers can apply for a return within 7 natural days from the date of receipt.
Non quality issue return: Only for non quality issue reasons such as customer selection errors, duplicate purchases, etc., and meeting the above conditions, returns can be processed, and logistics and processing fees will be deducted when returning.
Quality issue return: If the consumables have manufacturing defects, damage, model mismatch or other quality issues, please contact customer service within 15 natural days after signing for them. After verification, they can be returned or exchanged for free.
3、 The situation where returns are not supported
Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
Consumables that have been opened, used, contaminated, or damaged;
Customized products, special specifications, or products clearly marked as "non refundable";
Exceeding the return deadline;
Problems caused by improper customer handling or storage.
4、 Return process
Contact customer service (phone/online) to explain the reason for the return and provide the order number and product photos;
After the customer service review is approved, a return address and operating instructions will be provided;
The customer returns the goods and retains the logistics voucher;
After receiving the return and confirming that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be completed within 7 working days (either by returning the original item or through negotiation).
5、 Special note
Once medical grade consumables (such as sterile centrifuge tubes) are opened, they will not be returned or exchanged due to biosafety and regulatory requirements;
Any matters not covered by this policy shall be implemented in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant national regulations on medical devices/laboratory supplies.
